How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your coffee subscription at any time.

Login to your ACCOUNT and click MY SUBSCRIPTION in the left navigation. Click the CANCEL button to cancel the Coffee Subscription from your account.

If you choose to cancel, your coffee subscription cancels immediately, and all future renewal charges will be stopped.

Note: You must cancel your subscription before your next subscription charge in order to prevent the charge and coffee delivery. If you miss this deadline, the cancellation will apply from the following order.

How do I pause my subscription?

You can pause your coffee subscription at any time.

Login to your ACCOUNT and click MY SUBSCRIPTION in the left navigation. Click the PAUSE button to pause the Coffee Subscription on your account.

If you choose to pause, your coffee subscription pauses immediately, and all future renewal charges will be stopped.

Note: You must pause your subscription before your next subscription charge in order to prevent the charge and coffee delivery. If you miss this deadline, the pause will apply from the following order.

How do I change my subscription delivery address?

You can change your details by logging in to your ACCOUNT and selecting ADDRESSES in the left navigation. Click the EDIT MY ADDRESS button to update your details.

Check “Update the Billing Address used for all future renewals of my active subscriptions (optional)” and click the SAVE button.

Your subscription will be updated with your new details.

When will I get my next coffee subscription?

Coffee Subscriptions are dispatched either fortnightly or monthly, based on your first order date. We aim to roast and dispatch your order 1-3 days from this date.

We are partnered with Australia Post, who manage delivery on all our coffee subscription orders. Generally, delivery takes 2-5 business days.

Are there any additional shipping fees?

No. All coffee subscription orders come with FREE shipping.

Who manages the delivery of my coffee?

Every coffee subscription order comes with a tracking number, which provides you with an estimated delivery date from Australia Post. Generally, delivery takes 2-5 business days.

I live outside of Australia, do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately our coffee subscriptions are only available across Australia at this time.
